Four units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0745 hours and cleared at 0849 hours. The incident occurred at 205 STRANDER BL ,TUK, TUKWILA in District 004. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is hotel/motel, commercial. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was to establish a safe area. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was received on this incident. E53 first on location made contact with demolition workers. Workers on location had broken a 2" natural gas line while doing demolition work on the hotel. They stated they thought all gas lines were shut or capped. E53 laid a dry supply and extended a preconnected line. PSE was called. PSE had a delayed response due to an MVA on WVH. PSE on location capped the line. E53 left scene to PSE.
