CHRYSLER TOWN&COUNTRY .. LEAK IS DUE TO RP RUNNING OVER A ROD,

Narrative Text At 1252 hours on Saturday October 29, 2005 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1303 hours and cleared at 1312 hours. The incident occurred at
6800 FORT DENT Way, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The general
description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0503855 has been assigned to this incident.
A passenger vehicle had a large (3') stake that had pierced the fuel tank. This happened last
night, but was not called in until today after it had been parked overnight.
We removed the stake, and used plug and dike to patch the hole in the fuel tank, so the
vehicle could be towed.
