At 1426 hours on Monday November 14, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1431 hours and cleared at 1436 hours. The incident
occurred at 3500 BOEING ACCESS Rd, Tukwila in District 008. The local station is 53.
The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill
control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Cleaned up small oil leak from prio accident.lp
