Narrative Text At 0637 hours on Thursday December 1, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0643 hours and cleared at 0651 hours. The incident occurred at
14415 Tukwila International Blvd, TUKWILA in District 013. The local station is 54. The
general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and
confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0504272 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 dispatched to a possible gasoline spill at the 76 station 14415 TIB. L54 on location
found an approx. 3 gallon unk type spill. L54 applied amerizorb to the spill. The weather
was cold and dry with a stiff breeze blowing, helping to evaporate the spill. Investigation
found the spill to be diesel. The manager said a woman was filling her tank and the nozzle

fell out of the opening while she was inside. The pump and nozzle were not damaged. The
manager was instructed to allow the absorbent to remain on the product for a few hours.
