Narrative Text At 1744 hours on Sunday December 4, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1751 hours and cleared at 1755 hours. The incident
occurred at 633 SOUTHCENTER Mall, TUKWILA in District 006. The local station is
51. The general description of this property is residential street, road or residential
driveway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were
hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0504321 has been assigned to this incident.
P.D. called for a motor oil leak after an accident, upon our arrival we laid down some
amerizorb and returned in service.
