Narrative Text At 1455 hours on Monday December 19, 2005 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1503 hours and cleared at 1510 hours. The incident
occurred at 14800 I-5 Fwy S, TUKWILA in District 0915. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.

Narratives
Upon arrival found that starting at about the 14800 block of I-5 SB there was a spill trail.
Possibly diesel or hydraulic fluid. Advised fire three to let State Patrol and/or DOT
emergency response know that the highway could use a pass from a sanding truck.
Followed spill onto ramp to I-405 NB to exit to West Valley Highway SB and then the
trail kept going south. Was lighter in most areas with an occasional heavier spill area.
Rain and traffic are helping to dissipate the spill.
E-52 in service- out of quarters.
