L54 dispatched to a possible gasoline spill at the shell station. The RP was a passerby who
noticed a broken hose on a gas pump. L54 on location found a fill hose which had broken
away at the breakaway point. Very little gasoline had actually leaked from the hose, as
they are designed to seal themselves when separated. L54 informed the manager of the
problem and assisted with reattaching the hose. The manager said this happens frequently
L54 returned.
