Narrative Text At 0841 hours on Monday January 2, 2006 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. Three units were assigned to this incident. Eight personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0842 hours and cleared at 0908 hours. The incident
occurred at 4700 S 144 St, Tukwila in District 011. The local station is 54. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0600012 has been assigned to this incident.
While en route to Sta 54, B51 found a oil/fuel spill in the 4700-4900 block of S 144th St.
L54 and E52 were called to spread Amerizorb over the spill to eliminate the hazard.
We used approximately six bags of Amerizorb on the spill. No accidents or injuries
occurred due to the spill. All units returned.
