Narrative Text At 1646 hours on Saturday January 28, 2006 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1655 hours and cleared at 1736 hours. The incident occurred at
14207 International Blvd, Tukwila in District 011. The local station is 54. The general
description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at
the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given
or received.
The estimated content loss was $25. The estimated content value was $25.
Alarm number 0600320 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 was dispatched to reported gasoline spill of up to 20 gallons at gas pump. Arrived to
find approximately one gallon on asphalt and Less than one gallon in storm drain catch
basin. E52 spread Amerizorb on asphalt and used absorbent pads to dyke at the storm
drain. E52 then used absorbent pads to absorb any gasoline in catch basin, which

E52 contacted occupancy manager, Sam Sangh, telling him that the gasoline nozzle that
did not automatically shut off would have to be put out of service until it was repaired.
E52 secured the nozzle with fire scene tape.
Note: Nozzle serial number is 11 VAI 27R.
