E51 dispatched to the area of 15600 W Valley Hwy for a report of a fuel spill from a
moving vehicle.
On arrival in the area, E51 was unable to locate any spill. Dry pavement was observed
from 15800 W Valley Hwy north to Fort Dent Way (both directions). There was a puddle
of water undemeath I-405, but was not in a location consistent with the description
provided by the Reporting Party.
