Narrative Text Inspector 515 and myself were conducting follow up investigation for TFD#06-0693 in
regard to the Methanol dispensing operation from 55 gallon drums into vehicles via small
containers. Upon arrival we had TPD on standby for security, the occupant, Mr. Herbert
Gaskill was not at home, but a Caucasian male in his 50's answered the door and stated that
Mr. Gaskill would be home in about one hour or so. This male declined to identify himself
to us and stated that the Methanol was for Mr. Gaskill's personnel vehicle's. I left a
business card and asked the gentleman to have Mr. Gaskill contact me.
hi observing the dispensing operation in the front yard that has been taking place, Mr.
Gaskill is using a plastic suction pump to fill smaller containers and then using the smaller
containers to transport the Methanol to the vehicles.
