Narrative Text At 0802 hours on Monday May 15, 2006 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0808 hours and cleared at 0813 hours. The incident
occurred at 13745 56 Ave S, Tukwila in District 002. The local station is 52. The general
description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0601601 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 responded to the above address for a hazardous materials spill. Upon arrival E52
found a vehicle leaking oil -water mixture. The mixture was coming from an overfilled oil
pan from underneath the vehicle. The quantity found was estimated to be three quarts. E52
controlled the spill with absorbent. There was no risk of mixture running into any drains.
E52 returned in service.
