Narrative Text At 1027 hours on Monday May 22, 2006 we were dispatched to a chemical spill/leak. One
unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at

Narrative Text At 1027 hours on Monday May 22, 2006 we were dispatched to a chemical spill/leak. One
unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1037 hours and cleared at 1037 hours. The incident occurred at 15700 SOUTHCENTER

Narratives
Pky, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general description of this
property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was investigation. Other special hazmat actions were also taken.
No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. E51 proceeded to a reported radiator leak
at the described location. On arrival found two vehicles that had apparently been involved
in a MVA and the radiator of one had been damaged. E51 found an approximately 2' X 10'
square foot area covered with radiator fluid and proceeded to mitigate problem without
event. E51 returned after having insured no injuries or further damage had occurred as a
result of the accident.
