Borden, John LT 1 At 1010 hours on Tuesday May 23, 2006 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1016 hours and cleared at 1035 hours. The incident occurred at 18380 Olympic Ave S, Tukwila in District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is warehouse. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. The estimated content loss was $500. The estimated content value was $500. Alarm number 0601712 has been assigned to this incident. E51 arrived to find a natural gas line break that was a result of a forklift hitting a gas line into a gas heater. Occupants had evacuated the building. E51 shut off the gas at the outside meter. B51 took command. Other units stood by. E51 used the Micro Max to confirm a safe atmosphere in the office and warehouse. E51 cleared the scene as PSE arrived. Je.___ fr?/.
