Narrative Text At 1936 hours on Friday June 2, 2006 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel

responded. We arrived on scene at 1936 hours and cleared at 1955 hours. The incident
occurred at 13300 INTERURBAN Ave S, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 53.
The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill
control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0601856 has been assigned to this incident.
B51 located and added E53 to a diesel spill at above address. E53 used Amerizorb to
spread out over spill. E53 located the truck that had the leak and applied more Amerizorb
under the truck. The leak had stopped by the time we arrived, and there was a total of
about 5 gallons spilled on the road.
