Narrative Text At 1415 hours on Thursday June 29, 2006 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition.
Four units were assigned to this incident. Eight personnel responded. We arrived on scene
at 1419 hours and cleared at 1424 hours. The incident occurred at 15212 37 P1 S, Tukwila
in District 012. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
residential street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
E53 RESPONDED TO A POSSABLE HAZ/MAT INCIDENT. RP FOUND A POP
BOTTLE WITH FOAM IN IT. WE DETERMINED IT WAS NOT HAZARDOUS AND
THE CONTAINER IN GARBAGE AND RETURNED IN SERVICE.
