At 2302 hours on Thursday June 29, 2006 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2311 hours and cleared at 2324 hours. The incident
occurred at 4037 S 148 St, Tukwila in District 011. The local station is 54. The general
description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this
incident.
Alarm number 0602202 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 was dispatched to an odor investigation. L54 drove through the surrounding area
before going to the RP's address. L54 did not notice any unusual odors in the area. L54
went to the RP's home and contacted the owner.
The RP directed us to his backyard. L54 did not notice any odor of bleach or ammonia in
the area. We advised the RP to call if the odor returned. L54 returned.
