At 1213 hours on Tuesday July 4, 2006 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1217 hours and cleared at 1232 hours. The incident
occurred at 301 STRANDER Blvd, TUKWILA in District 004. The local station is 51.
The general description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary tack(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.

E-51 responded to a hazardous odor behind target coming from a plastic bag. we arrived
with B-51 and located a bag full of chicken. E-51 put another bag over it and P.D. had
target throw it in the trash.
