Narrative Text At 0641 hours on Sunday July 9, 2006 we were dispatched to an oil or other combustible
liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 0648 hours and cleared at 0655 hours. The incident occurred at 18000
ANDOVER Park W, TUKWILA in District 005. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and
containment. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
