Narrative Text At 1516 hours on Saturday August 5, 2006 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1516 hours and cleared at 1517 hours. The incident
occurred at 15156 65 Ave S, Tukwila in District 002. The local station is 52. The general
description of this property is multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
