Narrative Text At 1658 hours on Monday August 14, 2006 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. Three units were assigned to this incident. Five personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1704 hours and cleared at 1734 hours. The incident
occurred at 13400 SR 599 Fwy N, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
E52 WAS DISPATCHED TO A GASOLINE LEAK FROM A VEHICLE. UPON
ARRIVAL A VAN HAD HIT SOMETHING ON THE ROAD AND HAD TORN A
SMALL HOLE IN THE GAS TANK. WE USED 2 BAGS OF ABSORBANT AND 1 60
GALLON CATCH BASIN. LEFT SCENE TO WSDOT.
