Narrative Text NFIRS NARRATIVE:
At 1210 hours on Friday September 15, 2006 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1210 hours and cleared at 1214 hours. The incident occurred at
4400 S 133 St, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 53. The general description of
this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.

Alarm number 0603322 has been assigned to this incident.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
E52 dispatched to the area of 4400 S 133 St for a reported gasoline spill. At time of
dispatch, E51 was approximately two blocks away and responded in place of E52.
Investigation revealed a trail of gasoline (or other sheen causing material) in the
east -bound lanes of S 133 St and turning onto Southbound SR 599. There were no
vehicles in the area related to this trail and there was not sufficient product on the ground
to warrant the use of absorbents or other clean-up materials. No further action taken.
