Narrative Text At 2329 hours on Sunday October 15, 2006 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2335 hours and cleared at 0019 hours. The incident
occurred at 11210 11210 TUKWILA INTERN Ave S, TUKWILA in District 008. The
local station is 53. The general description of this property is motor vehicle or boat sales,
services, repair. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
Relive valve was activated on a trailer Liquid Nitrogen tank. The company emergency
