Narrative Text At 2314 hours on Sunday October 22, 2006 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2322 hours and cleared at 2341 hours. The incident
occurred at 11200 N I-5 Hwy, TUKWILA in District 008. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was removal of hazardous materials. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
This was not a car fire, a Taxi blew and engine of I-5 which resulted in an oil spill of about
5 quarts. Amerizorb (2 bags) was used over the spill.
Alarm number 0603794 has been assigned to this incident.
