One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived onscene at 0849 hours and cleared at 0929 hours. The incident occurred at 15252 Tukwila Intemationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 012. The local station is 54. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0604177 has been assigned to this incident. Dispatched to gasoline spill from vehicle hitting pump. Vehicle gone. On location found pumps shut off, station empty of vehicles. Tenant showed me gas on ground. Estimate spill to be no more than a gallon, likely much less. Very light sheen. Used pads and amerizorb to remove remaining fluid. Weather was rain, so sheen emphasized. Eventually found tool to remove panel of pump that was struck. No denting of pump body, just paint transfer. Looked as though pump housing may have been moved one inch, causing a delivery pipe to bend with a union involved. It looked as though it may have still been dripping a drop every few seconds. Suspect with pressure in system when it was hit that the leak point sprayed fuel, it hit the inside of the pump housing sheet metal and leaked out to the outside concrete. No environmental exposure. Most sheen was no more than normal oil leaks in the rain. There was as much sheen in the store parking area as there was around the pumps where there was water to disperse it. Used several pads and 2 bags amerizorb. As there was no responsible billable party on site, no paperwork was generated for cost recovery.
