Narrative Text At 2312 hours on Tuesday December 12, 2006 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Six units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2316 hours and cleared at 2328 hours. The incident
occurred at 300 ANDOVER Park W, TUKWILA in District 005. The local station is 51.
The general description of this property is food and beverage sales, grocery store. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other
special haz mat actions were also taken. Mutual aid was given on this incident.
Reported smell of Natural Gas inside of business, upon investigation no smell or source
could be located.lp
