Narrative Text At 2119 hours on Thursday December 14, 2006 we were dispatched to a hazardous
condition. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 2126 hours and cleared at 2131 hours. The incident occurred at 4100 S 160 St,
Tukwila in District 012. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
residential street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0604537 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 responded to the reported area. Upon arrival L54 found four large trees blown into the
power lines in the 4100 block of S 160th. No broken lines, power out in the area.
