Narrative Text At 0052 hours on Saturday December 16, 2006 we were dispatched to a carbon monoxide
incident. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on
scene at 0057 hours and cleared at 0119 hours. The incident occurred at 3117 S 192 St,
Sea Tac in District O/J. The local station is 53. The general description of this property is
multifamily dwelling. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Mutual aid was given
