Narrative Text At 1823 hours on Tuesday December 26, 2006 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1829 hours and cleared at 1845 hours. The incident occurred at
12437 Tukwila Internationa Blvd, Tukwila in District 007. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
Alarm number 0604847 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 was dispatched to an odor investigation, and arrived to make contact with RP, who
lived at Hillside Apartments. RP said he smelled a gasoline smell that had been really
strong, right at the street in front of the apartments.
E53 investigated, making contact with two auto repair/painting occupancies directly
uphill/uproad and upstream from the apartments. But these occupancies showed no sign of
using or dumping flammable liquids. E53 found the flammable liquid smell to be the
strongest by the parking area on the east side of the northern unit of the Hillside
Apartments. E53 found no apparent leaks from the vehicles that were parked there. The
smell had significantly dissipated from the time of E53's arrival.
E53 contacted the RP again, and told him that the smell seemed to be going away, and
that someone had possibly spilled or dumped some flammable liquids by the parked
