Narrative Text At 0939 hours on Tuesday February 27, 2007 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Seven units were assigned to this incident. Eight personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0944 hours and cleared at 0951 hours. The incident
occurred at 13035 Gateway Dr, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is business office. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this
incident.
Alarm number 0700665 has been assigned to this incident.
Tukwila,Renton and Fire District #20 fire units were dispatched to an odor of natural gas
inside the business. Upon arrival Mr. Matson met me in the rear of the structure stating

on location.
