One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1837 hours and cleared at 1906 hours. The incident occurred at 451 COSTCO Dr, TUKWILA in District 005. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Gasoline spill at fuel pumps of approx. 3 gallons. The owner of the vehicle stated that he had just had the fuel pump replace prior to going to Costco for gasoline. It appeared that the fuel overflow line was not connected and the gas was spilling out while the vehicle was being fuel. James S.
