Narrative Text At 1022 hours on Saturday March 31, 2007 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1030 hours and cleared at 1050 hours. The incident occurred at
633 SOUTHCENTER Mall, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0701008 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 arrived to find a small amount of gasoline on the ground from a passenger vehicle.
One half of a bag of Amerizorb was spread over the fuel on the ground.
I looked under the car and found a loose fuel line that had come detached from the fuel
pump. I reattached the line and had the driver drive the car across the parking lot to the
Firestone service center. I told the driver that she needed them to check out the connection
to make sure it would not come off again.
