Narrative Text At 1416 hours on Saturday May 5, 2007 we were dispatched to an oil or other combustible
liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 1420 hours and cleared at 1434 hours. The incident occurred at 16615
Southcenter, Pky, TUKWILA in District 006. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and
confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Small spill of vehicle engine oil and water from prior accident. Used small amount of
absorbent material at the accident site.lp
