Narrative Text At 2056 hours on Monday May 28, 2007 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 2100 hours and cleared at 2111 hours. The incident occurred at
14100 58 Ave S, TUKWILA in District 002. The local station is 52. The general
description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0701741 has been assigned to this incident.
E-52 responded to a fuel leak of approximately 5 gallons coming from a fuel tank. Upon
our arrival we found an active leak coming from the fuel tank. E-52 used plug and dyke to
stop the leak and ameriorb on the fuel that was on the ground. E-52 did not locate the
owner of the vehicle returned in service.
