Narrative Text At 1222 hours on Monday June 4, 2007 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition. One
unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1227 hours and cleared at 1321 hours. The incident occurred at 16400 I-5 Fwy S, Tukwila
in District 001. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is highway
or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel
was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0701843 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 arrived with WSP on location to investigate a small box containing 4 bottles with an
unknown substance them. The bottles were approximtely 1/2 gallon and filled up about a
third of the way with a white chunky substance in a clear liquid.
The bottles were not leaking and did not appear to be flammable, corrosive, or toxic.
Since they were not leaking, they were overpacked and the DOE was called by WSP to
come and pick them up.
