Narrative Text At 0653 hours on Monday January 8, 2007. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four
personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0709 hours and cleared at 0715 hours. The
incident occurred at 3455 S 144 St, Tukwila in District 013. The local station is 54. The
general description of this property is multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was to provide equipment. No mutual/automatic aid
was given or received.
Alarm number 0700096 has been assigned to this incident.
Returned to shooting aid call site to decontaminate. Used powder on blood and picked up
bloody articles.
