Narrative Text At 0342 hours on Tuesday July 10, 2007 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Six units were assigned to this incident. Fourteen personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0351 hours and cleared at 0409 hours. The incident
occurred at 6801 S 180 St, TUKWILA in District 005. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is manufacturing, processing. The primary task(s) performed at
the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were
also taken. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Employee stated that they smelled natural gas inside the building. Upon arrival of B51
incident command was established and E51 was sent interior to investigate. Upon a 100%
search of the building E51 did not detect any smell or reading of gas inside the building.
All other units were code greened.
Alarm number 0702307 has been assigned to this incident.
