Narrative Text At 0540 hours on Thursday October 25, 2007 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0546 hours and cleared at 0603 hours. The incident
occurred at 15400 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill
control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E52 was dispatched to a washdown for oil on the roadway left after the vehicle was moved
away, previous accident #07-3758. On arrival E52 found a 20' X 10' area with some
motor oil on it. E52 applied about 1/2 bad of Amerizorb to the area.
E52 went in service and returned to quarter.
