Narrative Text At 1946 hours on Friday November 2, 2007 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Four units were assigned to this incident. Eleven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1946 hours and cleared at 1959 hours. The incident
occurred at On I-405 Fwy N at Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila in District 0966. The local
station is 51. The general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other
special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E51 and B51 examined the corridor surrounding 405 NB along South Center Blvd for a
reported smell of gas release. Nothing found by either unit. Returned inservice
Alarm number 0703881 has been assigned to this incident.
