Narrative Text On 12/14/2007 at 0919 hrs, Engine 52 was dispatched to a reported SPILL at 301 Baker
Blvd. Engine 51 was out of service for training.
E52 arrived (0927) to find an oil spill from a mini -van (Wa License 697TZF). The vehicle
had been vandalized (See Tukwila PD Case # TP07-008589). The investigating officer
(1T5, Craig Gardner) requested our presence due to another, unrelated spill that had
sheened over a 50 x 300 area in the immediate vicinity, and primarily concentrated in the
construction staging area for 301 Baker Blvd (SE corner of building).
FM51 was added to the incident to assist determining the responsible party (for clean-up).
FM51 made contact with General Manager Don Malstrom and notified him that he was
responsible for clean-up. Malstrom stated he would do so.
E52, FM51 then left the scene.
