Narrative Text At 1035 hours on Monday December 17, 2007 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1041 hours and cleared at 1048 hours. The incident
occurred at 4200 S Ryan Wy, Tukwila in District 007. The local station is 53. The general
description of this property is street. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0704497 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 dispatched by request of Tukwila PD. On arrival, E53 saw a vehicle that was attached
to a tow truck, that had dripped a very small amount of transmission fluid or oil onto the
roadway, but the leak had stopped.
When E53 tied in with the TPD officer, he recommended that we code green, and I agreed.
It was not worth stopping traffic at the intersection and getting out in the middle of traffic
to absorb such a small amount of fluid.
