Narrative Text At 1253 hours on Tuesday January 8, 2008 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Six units
were assigned to this incident. Thirteen personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1257
hours and cleared at 1304 hours. The incident occurred at 3747 S 146 St, Tukwila in
District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is vehicle
parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was received
on this incident.
Alarm number 0800103 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to gas leak reported by TPD. Strong smell in parking lot. E47 on scene initial
investigation. L54 on scene second, initiated 146 command. Eventually determined that an
LPG fill station at the Shell station adjacent to the west had filled a couple bottles and the
filling vent points straight at this complex. Transient in nature, natural. KB
