Narrative Text At 1914 hours on Wednesday January 9, 2008 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel

responded. We arrived on scene at 1924 hours and cleared at 1932 hours. The incident
occurred at 12400 43 Ave S, Tukwila in District 007. The local station is 53. The general
description of this property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. No
mutual /automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0800122 has been assigned to this incident.
F53 E`� dispatched to a possible natural gas leak outside the Tukwila Community Center.
A pass,:i by had reported a hissing sound. Investigation found a gas line to be operating
normally. E53 E52 returned.
