One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0407 hours and cleared at 0452 hours. The incident occurred at 18800 I-5 Fwy S, SeaTac in District O/J. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0800630 has been assigned to this incident. E51 dispatched to oil spill from semi. (This is the same semi that E52 used Amerizorb on in incident #08-00629.) Page: 2 Printed: 02/15/2008 09:04:14 Incident Report 2008-0800630 -000 Tukwila Fire Department Narratives E51 put out two bags of Amerizorb to absorb a large amount of motor oil that was spilled during the process of hooking up the semi to the big tow truck. (This Amerizorb use is included in E52's report.) E51 blocked the scene so WA DOT could lay down a layer of sand over the spill, providing additional absorption, and traction for vehicles. DOT informed E51 that a DOT sweeper was also dispatched, and would be picking up much of the sand and sorbent material. E51 returned in service. 7(/08/ End of Report Page: 3 Printed: 02/15/2008 09:04:14 Incident History for:#TF08000593 CN: $TF08000630 Received 02/15/08 04:00:38 BY CRO3 /VC0542 Entered 02/15/08 04:00:38 BY CRO3 /VC0542 Dispatched 02/15/08 04:00:45 BY FD23 /VC7473 Enroute 02/15/08 04:03:02 Onscene 02/15/08 04:07:41 Closed 02/15/08 04:52:25 Initial Final v: 1 Police 999998 Police Rms: Loc:SB I5 TO UD Name:WSP/ 4-( - 0(030 Type:SPILL TG: Initial Alarm Level:1 Type:SPILL (FLAMMABLE LIQUID SPILL (2A))Pri:2Dispo: Alrm Le Fire TF5030 Grp:T9Beat: Lt/Lg: Fire Rms: Medic Rms: S 188 ST ,SEA (V) Addr: 04:00:38 VC0542 CRO3 ENTRY 04:00:38 CRO3 $ASNCAS 04:00:45 VC7473 FD23 DISP E51 04:01:08 VC0542 CRO3 04:03:02 TF1139 E51 04:03:52 VC0542 CRO3 04:03:59 VC7473 FD23 04:05:01 VC0542 CRO3 04:07:41 04:28:41 04:30:14 04:31:17 04:33:48 04:34:57 VC7473 FD23 FD23 FD23 FD23 FD23 FD23 04:39:56 FD23 04:52:25 TF1139 E51 04:52:25 E51 SUPP Phone: SEMI P/U TRUCK TURNED OVER ENGINE FL UID SPILLED ONTO EXIT....10-20 GA LS... $TF08000630 #TF1139 BORDEN, JOHN #TF1107 NICHOLS, JEFF #TF1134 MORALES, MARK C/F3 NAM: WSP/ X216 TXT: MAJORITY....OF SPILL AT BOTTOM OF R AMP *ENROUT E51 SUPP NAM: WSP/ X216 TXT: ***TROOPERS ONSC...
