At 1737 hours on Monday March 24, 2008 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1748 hours and cleared at 1753 hours. The incident
occurred at 15400 Interurban Ave S, TUKWILA in District 0967. The local station is 51.
The general description of this property is street or road in conunercial_area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were to identify and analyze
hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0801161 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to a reported oil spill covering a fairly large area and thought to be about one
gallon in volume. Road said to be very slick. Upon arrival found just south of Grady Way
in the NB, right hand lane of Interurban Av S a spill of diesel fuel that was probably two to
three gallons of product from an unknown source. Applied three bags of Amerisorb to the
roadway to help reduce the slippery surface. Left Amerisorb on the roadway to be worked
