Narrative Text At 1441 hours on Tuesday April 15, 2008 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. Two units were assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1441 hours and cleared at 1539 hours. The incident
occurred at 11126 49 Ave S, Tukwila in District 0664. The local station is 54. The general
description of this property is residential street, road or residential driveway. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were to identify and analyze
hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0801464 has been assigned to this incident.
A54 responded with I510. I510 provided necessary equipment to identify products that
were dumped by the side of the road. A54 donned Bunker Gear and SCBA. A54 used PH
Paper and a 5 gas PID monitor to identify if any hazards exists. All tests were negative

and all substances were stable. All products were consistent with label of containers and
physical appearance.
A54 identified the following: 5 gallon Beadex Joint Compound, 3-5 Gallon containers of
half dried latex Paint (some with oil on top), 1 gallon container of dried Tar, 5- 1 gallon
containers of mostly dried paint. 1 gallon container of stove fuel with approximately 1/2"
of liquid remaining. and 3- 1 gallon containers of polyurethane.
All containers remained intact and no leaks were present. A54 and I510 went back in
service. Tukwila Public works were enroute to pick up and dispose of material.
