One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0212 hours and cleared at 0217 hours. The incident occurred at 15040 Macadam Rd S, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The general description of this property is multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0801760 has been assigned to this incident. Dispatched to report of heat coming through the floor. Tenant in E2 reported that his bathroom floor was warm where the heat lamp would be in the apartment below. This was a vacant unit. We found the sliding door to the unit unlocked and gained entry. We did fmd the heat lamp in the bathroom on. It looked like the unit was being repainted and the heat lamp may have been on to thoroughly dry out the mildewy bathroom walls. We turned out the heat lamp. Copy to FPO to follow up with the manager to advise them to avoid this practice.
