Thanks for your voice message last week. I'm preparing an environmental "lease exit summary" for my client, Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. (IAA). They've leased the property at 8801 E. Marginal Way South since 2004. I'm not entirely sure what specific types of records the City or Fire Department may maintain, but I'm interesteid any reports or records that might indicate an environmental concern as may have originated during the lease period (2004 -present). Examples would include fire responses, chemical or oil spill responses, responses to chemical leaks or emergencies, or concerns regarding improperly stored chemicals/materials that might have been observed or recorded during site visits or inspections. It would be ideal if I could obtain a response by the end of the month, and I'd be glad to come down to pick up records, do any needed copying, or speak with personnel as needed.
