Narrative Text At 1106 hours on Wednesday June 11, 2008 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Three units
were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1115
hours and cleared at 1144 hours. The incident occurred at 5166 S 166 St, Tukwila in
District 004. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is
construction site. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid
was given or received.
E51, E52 and B51 were dispatched to a broken one inch gas line outside of a building.
On arrival e51 found a one inch gas line that was severed by workers digging a trench.
The line was about 40' from and structures. E51 had E52 stand by wile E51 crimped the
line down with visgrips, approximately 2' from the break.
E51 then stood by till arrival of PSE.
On arrival of PSE, E51, E52 and B51 went in service and returned to quarters.
Alarm number 0802189 has been assigned to this incident.
