Narrative Text At 2330 hours on Monday June 16, 2008 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 2338 hours and cleared at 2359 hours. The incident occurred at
13300 Interurban Ave S, TUKWILA in District 001. The local station is 53. The general
description of this property is flammable liquid distribution, pipeline. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
Reported 10 gallon spill at the Union 76 station. Upon our arrival there was a small less
that 1/2 gallon spill at the fuel pumps. The owner of the vehicle stated the the pump did not
shut off and the fuel spilled from her vehicle. The gasoline had evaporated and not other
actions were taken. 1p
